Jinko U.S. is seeking an Inventory Control & Logistics Specialist to join their team in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role involves managing inventory and logistics operations at various third-party warehouse fulfillment centers.
About the Role
As an Inventory Control & Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring efficiency and accuracy in inventory and logistics activities. Your daily tasks will include engaging with 3PL partners, recommending transportation modes, managing inventory transactions, maintaining documentation for audits, performing inventory inspections, negotiating rates with carriers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate logistics with business systems.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or a minimum of 4 years of experience in global logistics, purchasing, customer service, warehouse management and/or inventory control in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree.
- Working knowledge of US Customs and other Federal laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of reliability and integrity.
Preferred:
- Experience with ERP Systems, preferably SAP.
- Knowledge of logistics best practices.
