- 3-5 years of distribution and inventory management experience.
- Strong cross-functional team leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to apply advanced materials management concepts.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Technical and logical capability to solve problems.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Advanced PC skills in MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI, and Visio.
- Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma methodology, Green Belt certification.
- AA/AS in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering Technologies.
