About the Role
As an Inventory Control Coordinator, you will be responsible for conducting daily cycle counts, managing inventory movements within the Warehouse Management System (WMS), supporting production component accuracy, investigating root causes of variances, and ensuring defect-free order fulfillment. You will serve as a key liaison between production, warehouse operations, transportation, and external logistics providers.
About You
Required:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Inventory reconciliation and variance analysis experience
- Process management and continuous improvement mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of integrity and accountability
Preferred:
- 2+ years of inventory control, warehouse coordination, or logistics experience
- Experience managing transfer orders and material flow
- Experience working with 3PL inventory reconciliation
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup functions)
- Ability to work cross-functionally with operations and transportation teams
