About the Role
As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for performing regular inventory audits, investigating discrepancies, maintaining accurate records in ERP systems, generating inventory reports, collaborating with warehouse teams, and ensuring compliance with audit requirements. You will also support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills to operate warehouse management systems.
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and measurements.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs.
Preferred:
- 1-2 years of previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience.
- Prior forklift certification.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and pickers.
