About You
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain.
- Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in warehouse operations and leadership roles, preferably in high volume food distribution environment.
- Knowledge of Food Distribution Center Operations, ERP, WMS and Inventory Management.
- Knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety and GMP Audits.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and drive metrics.
- Experience in driving change management and improving talent.
