- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to prioritize and schedule tasks to ensure timely completion of job responsibilities.
- Ability to work with all employees at all levels of management.
- Self-starter with proactive leadership qualities.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and drive change.
- Lean manufacturing knowledge and experience.
- Knowledge of visual management inventory tools and 8 STEP Problem Solving Skills.
- Willingness to work overtime if required.
- Ability to read and interpret manufacturing blueprints and specifications.
- College degree in Business or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and knowledge of Shop Floor Control and AS400 system and Oracle.
- Direct hands-on experience in an MRP systems environment.
- Prior experience in Materials Management.
