About the Role
As an Investigator, Global Trade Compliance, you will conduct internal investigations to determine potential violations of export controls, develop investigation plans, coordinate with various departments, perform root cause analysis, and present findings to leadership. You will also draft voluntary self-disclosures and assist with managing the corporate trade compliance program.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience, or a minimum of 16 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
Preferred:
- Experience with conducting compliance investigations.
- Ability to apply U.S. Government regulatory requirements in complex scenarios.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and discretion.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of IT systems and platforms.
- Proficiency in OCR EASE export administration and licensing software.
- Experience working under a Consent Agreement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and SharePoint.
