About the Role
As an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division, you will execute transactions, support due diligence, prepare documents, negotiate, and liaise with clients and other advisers. You will work with J.P. Morgan product and sector teams, build complex financial models, complete valuation and analytical exercises, and draft presentation materials for M&A and capital markets transactions. You will also keep abreast of key market developments and establish knowledge of the target client base and relevant market dynamics.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 1 year work experience in investment banking and/or front-office related role.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related field.
- Strong accounting, finance, quantitative and business writing skills.
- Understanding of the transaction cycle and the steps in the process and is execution oriented.
- Impeccable communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders.
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently.
