About the Role

As an Investment Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients to understand their needs, closing deals, and maintaining professional relationships. You will handle a high volume of calls and emails, prioritize tasks, and utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and communication. This position requires a strong understanding of business and the ability to build trust with clients.

About You

Required:

Experience in commercial real estate with a successful track record of new business development.
Strong client relationship skills that have produced repeat business.

Preferred:

Sales experience from other industries with a proven record of new business development.
Passion for real estate and excellent communication skills.
