As an Invoicing Specialist, you will be responsible for accounts receivable management, creating and submitting invoices to clients, ensuring the accuracy of client records, and handling multiple tasks simultaneously. You must possess exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in accounting.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Power user in Excel and Microsoft Word (i.e. pivot tables, etc.).
