About the Role

As an iOS Engineer 2, you will play a pivotal role in the continuous development and support of Mailchimp's mobile applications. You will be responsible for developing new features, maintaining existing ones, and collaborating with a cross-functional team of designers, product managers, backend engineers, and native engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences.

About You

Required:

2+ years’ experience developing mobile applications using iOS technologies like Swift, SwiftUI, MVVM.
BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience.
1+ years’ experience in the Software design/architecture process.
2+ years’ experience with web services (consuming or creating) with REST, GraphQL or Protobuf.
Solid communication skills to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with unit testing & Test-Driven Development (TDD).

Preferred:

Experience developing, maintaining, and innovating large scale, consumer facing web or mobile applications.
Experience with big data and analytics for mobile applications.
Familiar with the development challenges inherent with highly scalable and available mobile applications.
Experience with open-source technologies.
Experience with various, modern iOS frameworks.
