Jobot is seeking an IP Docket and Technology Administrator to join their team in Seattle, WA. The role involves managing IP docketing and technology workflows within a leading Am100 law firm.
About the Role
As an IP Docket and Technology Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing business operations related to intellectual property docketing and technology management. Your daily tasks will include data analysis, project management, and ensuring compliance with IP procedures. You will work closely with various teams to enhance workflow efficiency and implement technology solutions.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required; PMP certification preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in business operations, data analysis, or project management, with at least 5 years in leadership involving IP docketing, technology, or workflow management.
- Proficiency with IP docketing systems (ideally CPi) and familiarity with USPTO, WIPO, and international patent offices.
- Strong project management skills, including data mapping, dashboard design, and workflow implementation.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of precision and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project management or reporting tools.
Preferred:
- Experience with document management systems such as iManage and time and billing platforms.
