About the Role
As an IP Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and supporting Intellectual Property matters related to Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Your daily tasks will include docketing, filing with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and maintaining deadlines for IP portfolios. You will work closely with legal teams to ensure compliance with patent rules and procedures.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of IP experience supporting high-volume Hard Science portfolios.
- Knowledge of USPTO, PCT, and international patent rules and procedures.
Preferred:
- Docketing knowledge and experience, with CPi software preferred.
- Proficient in filing with U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and ePCT.
- Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe).
