About You
Required:
- 1 plus years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and lift up to 30lbs.
Preferred:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Understanding of quality standards.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in manufacturing.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
