About You
- A degree in IT or 2-4 years of experience in a broadcast/IT environment.
- Strong knowledge of broadcast equipment (servers, routers, switches, encoders), IT systems, and networking protocols.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues quickly and efficiently.
- Familiarity with IT security best practices, including firewalls, antivirus tools, and network monitoring.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, especially during live broadcasts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with content workflows and data integrity management.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights as necessary.
