About You
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or related role.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, and Intune administration.
- Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Administrator, CompTIA Security+, and/or Cisco CCNA.
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Awareness of compliance requirements such as HIPAA and data security best practices.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support users of varying technical proficiency.
- Organizational skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

- Competitive salary range: $55k–$75k (based on experience).
