SoFi is seeking an IT Asset Management, Software Asset Management Lead to join their team in Seattle, WA. The role involves defining and driving the Software Asset Management function within a world-class IT Asset Management program on ServiceNow.
About the Role
As the SAM Lead, you will be responsible for building and scaling SAM practices in complex enterprise environments. Your tasks will include defining SAM policies and processes, managing ServiceNow SAM Pro, executing daily SAM processes, managing complex licensing models, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will also engage with stakeholders across various departments to align on strategy and champion continuous improvement in ITAM processes.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 7 years of specialized experience in IT Asset Management, with a strong focus on Software Asset Management and SaaS.
- 3+ years of direct experience as the owner of ServiceNow SAM Pro.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Preferred:
- Experience driving SAM Pro implementations and providing a prioritized roadmap for implementing module capabilities.
- Background in Financial services or regulated industries.
- Understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
- Experience in ServiceNow development or integrations with systems such as endpoint management, CI discovery, or access control tools.
