About the Role
As an IT Asset Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating the daily and long-term strategic lifecycle management of client and infrastructure hardware assets, software assets, and software licenses. This includes planning, acquiring, deployment, management, retirement, and disposition of assets and contracts. You will also participate in audits, procurement strategies, and ensure physical asset security.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of process/program management experience in a large enterprise environment.
- 3+ years of IT Hardware and Software Asset Management experience in a large enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of the ITAM lifecycle for hardware/software.
- Deep understanding of ITAM’s integration with ITSM, ITOM, FINOPS, and budget processes.
- Proficient in license remediation and vendor management.
- Experienced in asset management tools and platforms, especially ServiceNow CMDB, SCCM, Workspace One, and GCP.
- Strong grasp of ITIL practices and exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- IAITAM certifications (CITAM, CHAMP, CSAM).
