About the Role

As an IT Business Systems Analyst Specialist, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, designing and implementing Oracle SCM modules, and customizing applications to meet client needs. You will conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users, provide expert guidance on best practices in supply chain management, and troubleshoot issues related to Oracle SCM applications. The position requires 15% domestic travel and 1% international travel.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
Five (5) years of experience as a Managing Business Consultant, Applications Engineer, Developer, or related role.

Preferred:

Five (5) years of Oracle Manufacturing (BOM, WIP, and INV) experience.
Five (5) years of Oracle Supply Chain Planning (ASCP, GOP, and Demantra) experience.
Five (5) years of experience with Oracle's Application Implementation Methodology (AIM).
Five (5) years of business process analysis and redesign experience.
Five (5) years of systems implementation experience in requirements/process analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, and support.
Three (3) years of lifecycle Oracle Manufacturing/Supply Chain implementations as a Functional Lead or Functional Solution Architect in an R12.2.x environment.
