About You
Required:
- 1+ years of experience afloat as an Information Systems Technician.
- 1+ years of experience as a Curriculum Developer.
- Experience creating performance-based technical training, including practical applications and assessments.
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) to develop and manage training content.
- Knowledge of communicating with civilian and military personnel.
- Knowledge of DoD and Navy guidance documents for task-based curriculum development.
- Knowledge of learning tools and selecting appropriate teaching methods.
- Knowledge of measurement tools to evaluate training effectiveness.
- TS/SCI clearance.
- HS diploma or GED.
