About the Role
As an IT Field Support Technician, you will be responsible for performing troubleshooting and repair activities on designated equipment. Your daily tasks will include providing customer support, communicating effectively, managing service calls, and handling administrative tasks related to each call. You may also provide functional guidance to colleagues and ensure the control and return of assets and inventory.
About You
Required:
- Technical school certification or equivalent and 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to drive to client locations.
- Ability to lift and move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance.
- Must own a basic repair tool kit.
