About the Role
As an IT Help Desk Analyst, you will serve as the initial point of contact for IT-related requests, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain accurate documentation. Your responsibilities will include providing training to staff, managing IT assets, and assisting with technical projects. You will work to minimize operational disruptions and align IT processes with organizational goals.
About You
Required:
- An associate’s degree in a related field or two years of relevant experience.
Preferred:
- An associate’s degree in a technical field, five years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with IT services in a health care setting and HIPAA regulations.
- Experience with EMR applications such as eClinical Works.
