About the Role
As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will serve as a subject-matter expert, guiding lower-level engineers, analyzing help desk trends, leading initiatives to improve user experience, and implementing advanced security solutions. You will also develop incident response plans, conduct security assessments, and lead infrastructure projects, including migrations and system upgrades.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or related field and 4+ years of related experience, or
- Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or related field and 2+ years of related experience, or
- An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred:
- 6+ years of related experience for IT Infrastructure Engineer IV.
- Experience in developing service level agreements and key performance indicators.
