Summary
Stateside is seeking an IT Infrastructure Project Manager to join their team in Latin America. The role involves improving project management structures and delivering IT projects efficiently.
About the Role
As an IT Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be responsible for generating project scopes, leading the development of roadmaps, managing the entire project lifecycle, delegating tasks, tracking project performance, and identifying dependencies and risks. You will also guide users on project management practices and support the technical and digital department with project management tasks.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the infrastructure field (Servers, Networking, etc).
- 4+ years of project management experience.
- Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Understanding of Networks, Servers, SaaS (Software as a Service), and Cloud systems.
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Asana, Jira, and MS Project.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred:
- PMP, ITIL, or other relevant certifications.
- Six Sigma certification.
- Experience with warehouses, manufacturing, construction & facilities.
- Experience in apparel, manufacturing, retail, and e-Commerce.
