About the Role

As an IT Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining factory and enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VLAN, and fiber optic networks. You will support Cisco-based switching and routing environments, monitor and troubleshoot network performance, and implement IT/OT network segmentation. Your role will also include configuring and maintaining firewalls and VPNs, supporting network connectivity for manufacturing systems, and coordinating with external partners for network design and upgrades.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
8+ years of experience as a Network Engineer or similar role.
At least 2 years of experience supporting network infrastructure in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Preferred:

Experience supporting production-critical systems such as MES, SAP, SCADA, QMS, or WMS.
Familiarity with IT/OT network security and industrial networking best practices.
Fluent in English; Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency is strongly preferred.
