About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of IT work experience.
- Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship.
- 5 years working in a customer facing or production support role.
- Expertise in ServiceNow and/or Jira, including configuration and workflow automation.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
