- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's Degree or tech certification preferred)
- Strong interest or background in IT operations, systems support, or help desk
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Must be punctual, reliable, and committed to rotating shifts
- Comfortable working onsite in a hospital environment
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required
- Experience with system monitoring tools, ticketing systems, or IT support
- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems or HIPAA compliance
- Ability to multitask and prioritize issues in a 24/7 environment
