About the Role

As an IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates for various IT roles, assisting in onboarding candidates with different work authorizations, maintaining communication with existing employees, and supporting business development efforts. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance and improve recruitment strategies.

About You

Required:

1–4 years of experience in IT recruiting or talent acquisition.
Understanding of US work visa categories (OPT, CPT, H1B, etc.).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple candidates and requirements simultaneously.
Familiarity with job portals such as Dice and LinkedIn.

Preferred:

Prior experience in both recruiting and sales within the IT staffing industry.
Experience working with employee referral programs.
Knowledge of technical roles such as Java, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Data Engineering.
