About the Role
As an IT Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for integrating hardware and software into the existing environment, collaborating with various IT departments, and leading the research and resolution of technology-related issues. Your tasks will include configuring IT solutions, performing system backups, directing team members, administering operating systems, and maintaining documentation on application changes.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree or Technical (Military) Degree preferred.
- Minimum eight years’ experience on Windows workstation, server, and VMware.
- Demonstrated mastery of functional IT processes.
Preferred:
- Preferred certification in one or more functional areas (MCSE, CCNA, CISA, PMP).
- Minimum five years’ experience in a complex, multi-level computer environment.
- Valid state of Ohio driver's license with an excellent driving record.
