About the Role
As an IT Specialist Level 4, you will monitor system health during live missions, troubleshoot and resolve network anomalies, manage system configurations, and ensure compliance with security standards. You will also oversee hardware and software management, interact with Help Desk for issue resolution, and maintain operational logs and reports.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems, or related field.
- 9-13 years of IT operations, systems administration, and technical troubleshooting experience.
- Active SECRET clearance.
Preferred:
- Experience in mission-critical system monitoring and operational IT environments.
- Ability to transition to 24/7 operational support as mission requirements evolve.
