Summary
The Trade Desk is seeking an IT Support Analyst I to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. The role focuses on providing hands-on endpoint device support for internal clients through face-to-face interactions, telephone, and remote support.
About the Role
As an IT Support Analyst I, you will be responsible for managing Helpdesk requests, deploying end-user workstations, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining documentation. You will also assist with user account administration and provide initial incident response for system outages, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in related IT field, or appropriate IT Certification highly desired.
- 2 - 4+ years of relevant experience in a similar hands-on role or relevant coursework required.
- Solid understanding of MS Windows 10 Professional and macOS 10.x.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills required.
- Strong customer service and presentation skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with supporting international users.
- Prior experience working with an IT ticket/request system.
- Basic knowledge of iOS and Android mobile devices.
