About the Role
As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for infrastructure design implementation, network management, server and cloud management, backup and disaster recovery, monitoring and performance management, security and compliance, IT operations and support, and collaboration with vendors. Your tasks will include deploying and managing server environments, optimizing network performance, managing cloud platforms, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
About You
Required:
- Experience in designing and implementing IT infrastructure.
- Proficiency in managing Windows and Linux servers.
Preferred:
- Fluency in Mandarin.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
