Intrepid IT LLC is seeking an IT Support Help Desk - Managed Services to join their team in Shelby Township, MI. The role involves monitoring and responding to IT Helpdesk requests, providing on-site service, and managing technology onboarding and offboarding procedures.
About the Role
As an IT Support Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and responding to requests through the IT Helpdesk ticketing system, providing on-site service calls, managing projects such as server upgrades, and troubleshooting issues related to operating systems, applications, hardware, and networking. You will also assist with user account provisioning in Active Directory/Azure/O365 and ensure excellent customer service throughout your interactions.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Strong customer service orientation and good communication skills.
- Proficiency with Windows 7/8/10/11 and Office 2016/365.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
Preferred:
- Experience with Two Factor Authentication using Azure AD.
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP and troubleshooting.
- Experience with desktop/laptop hardware installation and printer configuration.
