About the Role
As an IT Support Operations Supervisor, you will serve as the primary operational liaison between the firm and the outsourced Service Desk vendor. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the daily Service Desk queue, escalating risks, reviewing QA results, participating in vendor governance meetings, and ensuring service readiness for new technology deployments. You will also train others in Jira Service Management and support white-glove service expectations for attorneys and executive staff.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Thorough understanding of PC hardware and software, including Windows 10 and 11.
Preferred:
- Certifications in CompTIA A+, HDI Support Center Analyst, or similar certifications.
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
- Prior law firm experience.
