- Experience with Cisco Unified Communications and MS Teams Voice required.
- Working knowledge of networking and systems administration.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations and utilize troubleshooting skills under pressure.
- Hold and maintain a valid driver's license.
