About You
- 2-4 years of IT Support experience
- Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira knowledge is a plus)
- Experience with automated management and deployment tools (Jamf, SCCM, WSUS)
- Scripting knowledge (Powershell)
- Active Directory experience
- Extensive hardware knowledge
- Experience with mobile and smart devices (Android, Apple)
- Knowledge of Microsoft, Apple, Chrome, and Server operating systems
- Experience troubleshooting VPN and remote connectivity/access issues
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Apps
- Understanding of network infrastructure including routers, firewalls, switches
- Knowledge of TCP/UDP/IP/SIP/SSH/Telnet/FTP protocols
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and complete projects efficiently
- Experience with Apple JAMF and Microsoft SCCM
- Jira ticketing system knowledge
