Sun Com Mobile is seeking an IT Technical Support Specialist to join their team in Sugar Land, Texas. The role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting for various hardware and software systems.
About the Role
As an IT Technical Support Specialist, you will manage the full lifecycle of escalated incidents, requests, and problems, including troubleshooting, research, investigation, isolation, and resolution. You will collaborate with the team to manage local hardware assets, provide expert technical support for Ingenico devices, troubleshoot Windows PCs, and address internet and ISP-related issues. Additionally, you will utilize your advanced knowledge of Excel and manage tickets using the ticketing system while delivering exceptional support to Spanish-speaking employees.
About You
Required:
- Proficiency with Ingenico iSC and Lane Series Credit Card Machines.
- Strong expertise in Windows PC systems and software troubleshooting.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for internet ISP issues and IP/landline phones.
- Working knowledge of Excel and ticketing systems.
- Fluency in Spanish.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in the cell phone industry.
- Familiarity with IQ Metrix and desktop support.
- 1 year of technical support experience.
