About the Role
As an ICTA Manager, you will manage responsibilities ranging from technical planning and advising to global project management. You will coach and develop a highly trained team while ensuring quality and commercial value in your activities. The role requires maintaining EY's reputation as trusted advisors by addressing complex domestic and international tax issues and providing technical tax advice to clients.
About You
Required:
- A bachelor's degree and around five years of related work experience or a graduate degree and four years of related work experience.
- A US CPA license or US state bar membership.
- Experience in tax due diligence, deal-structuring, and post-acquisition planning.
- Ability to communicate complex tax concepts clearly to clients.
- Experience managing budgets, projects, and people.
Preferred:
- Strong writing, research, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced professional services environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel when necessary.
