About the Role
About You
- BS Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
- Current license to practice pharmacy in good standing.
- Infusion therapy experience including clinical management of patients.
- 1 to 3 years experience in long term care.
- At least two (2) years of long term care experience.
- Immunization certification or willingness to become immunization certified.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently to plan, develop and coordinate pharmacy activities.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex topics using reasoning abilities.
