About the Role
As an Ivanti ITSM System Administrator, you will be responsible for platform administration, implementing ITIL-based processes, supporting system integration, managing security configurations, automating workflows, generating reports, and providing end-user support. You will also collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to deliver Ivanti-integrated solutions and maintain comprehensive documentation.
About You
Required:
- Experience with Ivanti platform administration including ITSM and ITAM modules.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes such as Incident Management and Change Management.
- Strong skills in JavaScript and automation tools for platform customization.
- Expertise in security and access management within Ivanti.
Preferred:
- Ivanti Service Management Administrator certification.
- Knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices.
- Experience with hybrid and cloud Ivanti deployments.
- Familiarity with Active Directory integration and common ITSM integrations.
