About the Role
As an IVF Laboratory Technician, you will complete specialized training, work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, manage consumables, maintain laboratory integrity, and ensure compliance with established IVF processes. You will also handle client communication, track and ship embryos and semen, and maintain accurate data records.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field of study.
- Previous laboratory experience in an academic and/or professional setting.
- Knowledge of oocyte, sperm and embryo biology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to details and technicalities.
Preferred:
- Industry knowledge and a strong passion for IVF.
- Excellent organizational and technical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
