About the Role
As the Executive Director, Head of Investment Product Specialists, you will lead a team to become Subject Matter Experts, present investment themes and strategies, cover multiple regions, serve as a contact for asset managers, design training programs, and drive investment content for workshops.
About You
Required:
- Highly detailed understanding of investment product offerings (advisory, annuities, insurance, and brokerage markets).
- Series 7, Series 66, and Insurance Licensing required.
- 10+ years of sales experience.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing dispersed teams.
- Skilled at presenting and effectively communicating key priorities.
Preferred:
- Ability to understand complex portfolio data and simplify it for communication.
- Wholesaling leadership background.
