About the Role
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling Inteplast Bagging System products to distributors in your assigned territory. Your key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales goals, expanding product categories sold, and maintaining customer satisfaction. You will spend over 33% of your time engaged in direct selling, updating pricing, and providing monthly reports to the Regional Manager. Additionally, you will assess sales performance, monitor competition, and participate in industry events to cultivate customer relationships.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of five years of direct outside selling experience.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
Preferred:
- Experience in the paper and plastics industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
