About the Role
As a Janitor, you will perform a variety of cleaning activities including vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing to maintain cleanliness in residential and common areas. You will assist maintenance technicians, set up meeting rooms, remove trash, clean bathrooms and kitchens, assist residents with moves, and handle minor repairs. The role requires physical labor and the ability to manage various cleaning tasks effectively.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be able to understand and communicate in the English language.
Preferred:
- Six months related work experience preferred.
- Must have transportation to work in Independent Living area.
