About the Role
As a Java Developer with Kafka, you will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. Your daily tasks will include optimizing Kafka producers and consumers, implementing Spring Boot microservices, ensuring data reliability and fault tolerance, and collaborating with various teams for seamless integration and deployment. You will also troubleshoot Kafka message processing issues and mentor junior developers.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of hands-on software development experience with Java/J2EE.
- Strong experience with Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, brokers, schema registry, streams, connectors).
- Expertise in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Microservices.
- Solid understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and distributed system design.
- Experience with RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Strong background in performance tuning, debugging, and optimizing Java applications.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
