About the Role
As a Java Engineer, you will be responsible for building secure, reliable, and performant backend services. Your tasks will include collaborating with frontend engineers, optimizing systems for performance and cost-efficiency, implementing security measures, and mentoring junior engineers. You will work with cloud-native technologies and ensure seamless integration across various platforms.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in Java backend software development.
- Proven experience designing and building scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-based applications.
- Strong proficiency in Java and frameworks like SpringBoot.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI).
- Experience with cloud-based databases and distributed middleware.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- In-depth knowledge of backend technologies (APIs, message queues).
- Experience with security best practices for cloud environments.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
