About the Role
As a Youth Mentor, you will be responsible for supporting youth with daily routines, engaging in group therapy, ensuring a safe and supportive environment, and participating in activities that promote healing and personal growth. You will work closely with clinical teams to implement treatment strategies and maintain professional boundaries while offering mentorship.
About You
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
Age 21+
Ability to pass background checks and physical
Preferred:
Experience in residential care or with at-risk youth
EMT or first responder background
