Anatta - Shopify Platinum Partner is seeking a Jira & Confluence Setup Contractor to join their team in Charleston, SC. The role involves leading and coordinating the end-to-end Jira setup for their teams.

About the Role

As a Jira & Confluence Setup Contractor, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and rolling out Jira to enhance delivery visibility, efficiency, and scalability. Your tasks will include setting up projects, workflows, issue types, and automations, as well as configuring Jira for Agile/Scrum/Kanban delivery models. You will also provide documentation, training, and ensure a clean handover post-implementation.

About You

Required:

Strong Project Management experience in digital, tech, or agency environments.
Extensive hands-on Jira setup and administration experience.
Proven experience leading Jira implementations or restructures.
Solid understanding of Agile delivery frameworks.
Strong coaching, facilitation, conflict-resolution, and communication skills.

Preferred:

Jira Administrator certification.
Experience with Confluence and Jira integrations.
Prior consulting or contractor experience.
Experience setting up Jira for multiple teams or portfolios.
