Summary
Community Access Services (CAS) is seeking a Job Coach to join their team in Saint Helens, OR. The role involves supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community employment settings.
About the Role
As a Job Coach, you will provide individualized support to individuals at their workplaces, assist with learning and performing job tasks, encourage independence and professionalism, support communication with coworkers, help build workplace skills, maintain documentation, promote safe work environments, and serve as a positive role model.
About You
Required:
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license and ability to become an approved company driver.
- Ability to pass a national background check.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist as needed.
Preferred:
- Experience in direct support, caregiving, coaching, or human services.
