About the Role
As a Job Coach, you will assist participants in developing essential work habits, model appropriate work behavior, transport participants to work sites, and provide progress updates to supervisors. You will also help participants with job exploration and complete necessary documentation.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid NYS Driver's License that meets agency driver standards
Preferred:
- One year of work experience working with individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities and/or in a vocational rehabilitation setting
